"Breakfast was plentiful. The hot tub jets wrre amazing. Everything was great except out of pool towels in the pool area. "

"Ehh better quality rooms and room amenities in a Holiday Inn Express and about 1/3 the price. Nothing too bad and was clean and convenient for the concert at hotel-casino-amphitheater venue."

"We started off with nobody at the desk to check in. We waited 10-15 minutes on someone as there were other guest coming in to check in as well. Maybe 8-10 customers standing there waiting on someone. The first room we were issued smelled like it was the community smoking room. So they issued us another room. We go to that room and the kitchen was a disaster, the bedding was folded laying on the bed not made, the phone was unplugged and sitting on a chair in the middle of the room, the floor was filthy, the toilet was horrific as someone destroyed it and the rest of the bathroom was gross. I went to get the manager on duty to show him. He was apologetic about it saying housekeeping must not have cleaned it. So we finally got a room as they were also turning people away with cancelled reservations for overbooking. Zero notification for the cancelled reservation for any of those people. We will not return to this hotel after this experience. "

"After a chilly afternoon poolside, I was looking forward to a hot shower and instead experienced one with barely any warmth. You would think this wouldn’t be the case in such a nice establishment. I stay here agin in June and will ask for a lower level room, hopefully it will help. Other than that, I love the place. "

"Staff were very kind and helpful. Unit was comfortable, property was quiet. One room had some hair in the shower and on the towels, which wasn’t great. Parts of the property were overgrown and had trash scattered around. It seems to be an old property that could use a general upgrade."
