"The staff were infrequently at the desk. I attempted to check in at 5, but was told there were no rooms available that been cleaned. I had come back. Upon arrival my room had one towel, one washcloth, three tissues and no body soap. That was fixed the next day day, but on the morning there was no hot water. After 45 minutes it began to get warm, but did not have time to wait. The front desk did not answer the phone when I tried to report it."
