"The place was really nice. We did have a couple issues though. The sink was clogged when we first used it, not sure how housekeeping didn't catch it. They had to come fix it before we could even brush our teeth that night. But at least they had someone available immediately to fix it. The conditioner dispenser was empty, again housekeeping missed that too. Two dogs next door were barking early and woke us up. I'm sure hotel policy is not to leave pets unattended but someone did"

"Room was quite dirty, stains all over the carpet mold in the bathroom on the walls were gross and dirty. The bedsheets had holes and stains on them. The staff at check-in was extremely nice and super friendly and helpful anytime we needed anything. I would give them 10 out of 10 on friendliness and helpfulness. We were there with a group of three families and it was really just our room that was this bad. The other two rooms were OK so just don’t ask for a room 102."

"Loved this home! It was decorated beautifully and felt very homey. It was very clean and well stocked. The firepit was so fun, and the host even supplied a tray with all the s’mores stuff. The coffee selection was great, including syrups, sugar and creamer. My kids loved all the games and the swing out back. The annual pass for Jenkinson Lake was much appreciated. Just a heads up the driveway is steep and awkward. It would also be nice if the back deck was blown off on arrival. Overall, a wonderful stay, and would come back."
