Las Brisas Huatulco – All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"This is a pretty hotel. Very large. The beaches are wonderful, especially for children. The room was a good size. The Club room was nice to have. The staff if very friendly and attentive. Probably the best staff of any All Inclusive that I have been to. I really only have a few concerns. Check in took a long time. Only two people checking in people. The pool is a good size but few chairs. My biggest complaint is the food. I understand that All Inclusive food is never great. So my expectations are low. But the restaurants are bad, especially the Mexican and the Seafood. (Whoever thought coconut encrusted shrimp and meat was a good idea should be fired.) The steakhouse wasn’t bad. Surprisingly the buffet actually had the best food. But still not great. Simple food prepared properly is all I ask for. I don’t need extravagant food cooked poorly. Even though we really enjoyed the hotel I am not sure I would return. "

Playa Los Arcos Hotel Beach Resort & Spa

"The rooms are small but the hotel and amenities are amazing. The all inclusive was buffet style so was not my favorite, the staff was very nice."

Hotel Riu Jalisco - All Inclusive

"Resort is awesome, all the renovations are a great improvement. My only complaint would be the food got rather tiresome after a week. And the swim up bar shouldn’t have stools in front of the bar, the bar got far too busy and difficult to get a drink. Also some umbrellas in the swim up bar would add some much needed shade."

Hotel Dali Ejecutivo

"had a very pleasant experience staying at this hotel in Guadalajara. The service was excellent from the moment I arrived—staff members were consistently friendly, attentive, and willing to assist with anything I needed.
The location is definitely one of its strongest advantages, as it is very convenient for getting around the city and accessing key areas.
During my stay, I shared a few personal observations regarding areas that could be improved. The team was very receptive to the feedback, which speaks highly of their commitment to guest satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would certainly recommend this hotel and would gladly consider staying here again in the future."

Hotel Riu Palace Pacifico - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"Stay was great, food good, workout room could be bigger was only downside! Would recommend this hotel!!"

Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta - All-inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"We had a great experience at this resort and would definitely come back. The staff was friendly and attentive, and everything felt easy and relaxing from start to finish.
The food and drinks were consistently good, and there was always something available without long waits. One of our favorite parts was the spa—our massage was amazing and super relaxing.
We also did a private dinner, which was a really special experience with beautiful setup and great service. The resort itself is well-maintained and has gorgeous scenery, perfect for photos and just enjoying the atmosphere.
Overall, it was a stress-free, enjoyable trip and a great choice for a couples getaway."

Hilton Vallarta Riviera All-Inclusive Resort, Puerto Vallarta

"The resort staff was great, very friendly and helpful. As others have mentioned, there is a musty smell in some of the rooms. We got two rooms and one had a musty smell and the other didn't, once it aired out and we ran the A/C it was a lot better and didn't bother us.
As for the shade over the pools until after 11am. I'm not sure why anyone would complain about that. It's so hot that the shade is a welcome relief when you first get it the pool in the morning, especially if you're already sunburnt like we were after the first day haha.
Now on to the kids activities. I have two kids, ages 4 and 2. They obviously loved the pool, but they also really enjoyed the kids corner. It was probably better for my 4yr old, because he could do more of the activities that they had throughout the day, but my 2yr old really liked it there as well. One thing I think they could do better at is a more inclusive kids menu at the restaurants, it was nice that they catered to adults and made it fancy and special, but I felt my kids were left out a bit when it came to options for them.
That's my only real complaint, otherwise we had a great time and would definitely recommend this resort to other families!"
