This is a unique property that values customer service in style. The property is stunning. The attention to detail and original artwork is very special. It is deceiving from the outside and an oasis behind the street facade. We stayed in the pool villa room opening out to the garden and the pool, beautiful. This odd a magnificent hotel with spotlessly clean facilities and friendly staff e.g. Guadalupe who is a gem. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. The best in Tequila.

The hotel is very well located albeit on a busy street. Easily walkable to historical sites bars & numerous restaurants. We loved the room & found the hotel to be beautifully clean & all the staff were suberb. We enjoyed the A La Carte breakfast which was very reasonably priced. Would love to stay again, if circumstances arise! Recommended!

Nice, polite and friendly staffs. Unlike other hotels in PV, staffs did not deliberately ask or suggested to hand them tips. The hotel have security alarm system. Clean and compy bed. Some beds have add on foam on the mattress, My sister likes it but I took out mine the next day. Very good breakfast.
