"Great staff and beautiful facilities, but the dog-friendly policy diminished our enjoyment. The hotel itself is lovely, and the staff were outstanding—professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, that was overshadowed by the pet policy. A dog barked from another guest room during our stay and disrupted our rest. A hotel should be a quiet place to recover, not a space where other guests’ pets dictate the atmosphere. I would strongly encourage management to rethink allowing dogs on the property."
