Welcome to Junebug, a charming family and pet-friendly home on Horseshoe Park. Junebug is perfect for relaxing with family and friends, with comfortable gathering spaces, three private ensuite bedrooms, and entertainment for all ages.

Junebug offers two living areas: the downstairs living room and the upstairs media room. The home is outfitted with fun in mind—enjoy Wi-Fi, cable TV with a sports package, a DVD player, gaming consoles, and plenty of movies, games, puzzles, and books.

Main floor

The open-concept living area includes a gas fireplace, a Smart TV with cable and a sports package, and plenty of comfy seating. The dining table seats six, with more space at the kitchen island. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals. A mudroom with washer/dryer and a powder room complete the main floor.

The spacious primary bedroom on the main floor is furnished with a king bed, dresser, and nightstands with reading lamps. The ensuite primary bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a deep soaking tub, double sinks, a large vanity, and a private water closet.

Second floor

The second and third bedrooms are upstairs, each with a queen bed, dresser, and nightstands with reading lamps. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a shower/tub combination.

The upstairs media room is a great hangout spot, complete with a comfy sofa, armchairs, and ottoman. It features a 65” UltraHD Smart TV, a DVD player, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3, along with plenty of movies and games.

Outdoors

Settle in on the covered front porch to enjoy views of Horseshoe Park. The porch includes a gas grill and plenty of seating. The backyard is fully fenced for young kids and pets and includes a 7-person hot tub installed in 2025.

Centrally located in the Farm District, you're steps from basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts; a playground; an indoor pool; a fenced dog park; and scenic walking paths.

Junebug has designated parking for up to three cars.
