"Lamentablemente, mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy decepcionante. La habitación no cumplía con los estándares básicos de limpieza que esperaba. Encontré varias condiciones que me hicieron sentir incómoda durante mi estancia y que no corresponden a lo que se muestra o se promete al momento de reservar. Reporté los problemas y tomé fotografías como evidencia, pero la situación afectó significativamente mi experiencia. Cuando uno reserva un hotel espera un lugar limpio, cómodo y bien mantenido, y desafortunadamente ese no fue mi caso. No recomendaría este hotel a otros viajeros hasta que mejoren considerablemente sus estándares de limpieza y mantenimiento."

"Me gustó mucho el hotel por la cercanía al estadio Hidalgo. Está muy limpio aunque si se ve un poco desgastado se entiende que es desgaste de los años. Lo único que no me gustó fue que me dieron una llave en el check-in de una habitación la cual ya estaba ocupada, lo cual hizo que dudara si en algún momento le podían dar mi llave a otro huésped. Fuera de eso, fue una agradable experiencia"
