Everything was good inside hotel. My room had two balconies! I could check in early and all was good. This hotel and Hotel Emily across the plaza are same owner,same funishings. I picked 2 days at each and I can tell right away Ciros is much better.

Very hard beds. Good location for walking the square and the market and bus to mineral del Monte. If your room is facing the square be prepared for a lot of street noise and the clock dings every 15 minutes so if you sleep light bring earplugs. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

You could not get closer to downtown Pachuca if you stay here. Nice and clean rooms, comfortable bed and professional staff. I would definitely stay here again if I went back to Pachuca.
