"We enjoyed our stay. The property is a bit dated but it is well maintained with spacious rooms and beautiful views. We were warned a couple of times to be extra cautious if we walked off the property. That didn't give us a lot of confidence especially after having just been robbed in Santiago. The staff at the Sheraton was great. We had two rooms, both upgraded and assigned next to each other without us having to ask. Little thoughtful perks like that are truly appreciated. We usually try to avoid Marriott properties, but this stay was lovely."
"Good hotel, very nice surroundings and peaceful. The hotel has a good heated pool indoors, and sauna, just the jacuzzi need be fix the jets for it too work better. There is a restaurant on site that has many food options, and a good breakfast in the morning. Waiters and servers very professional and friendly. The hotel is within close proximity to many wineries you can tour, as well the hotel offers masseuse very good and professional services, the staff are friendly really helpful and very accommodating to any requests during our stay. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit these areas of the Casablanca winery. "

The staff and grounds crew are amazing! The pools (outdoor and indoor), wood fired hot tubs, saunas, restaurant, gardens, rooms, the hiking trails behind the hotel, the wine tasting in Casablanca Valley, love, love, love!! "Property located on top of the cliff. It has good view from the room with hot tub but beside there are nothing, the road condition is very unsafe to drive around so can stay out late, building condition is not good so can hear your next room conversation at all time. "
