"The address is wrong so you cannot use Google maps to ping the actual hotel. Google sent us to The Tamarind Shop in downtown about two miles from the actual hotel. The staff did not speak English so it was very frustrating navigating the very busy city center. To get to the hotel you have to enter the Big C parking lot off of 21 south, turn out of the parking lot by the 7/11 and turn right down the road, go 100 yards to find the hotel. "A combination of this useless app and some idiot had placed the marker pin for this Hotel 150km away from where it actually is. So what a waste of money ! Tried in vain to recover my funds from Hotel .com or the Hotel, both blamed the other !! No refund. Awful treatment of customer from both parties.
