"Clean and comfortable room, polite staffs. There are bus stops 5 -7 mins away, and metro station is about 25 mins away by walking. Also restaurants and grocery stores closed by, so it'sprettyconvenient. We had building construction going on while we were there, a bit too loud and noisy. Other than that, it was quiet. "

The drying rack was broken. No hot water in bathroom sink. Shower head works but doesn’t hang up. Nice to have a refrigerator but freezer section was frozen solid. No dishes stocked in the kitchen but they brought up a bin. The reception desk staff were helpful and polite. "
