Perfect little cabin in the woods. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was perfect after our long hikes. We will definitely be back.
The cabin was perfect for my husband and I and our dogs. We were so comfortable and loved the fenced in back porch. The hot tub was great each night. The property was beautiful with great views.
This is a great cabin! Everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay very much. The hot tub was great and the view was perfect. We will definitely be returning to this cabin.
We enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing environment. We enjoyed watching the stars from the hot tub. We enjoyed hiking some of the near-by trails.Great weekend getaway.
Beautiful cabin in the Ozarks! Everything about the cabin was great - the views, the hot tub, the shower! We just wanted a relaxing stay away from people and in a quiet setting. This cabin is exactly that! We hope to stay again sometime in the future!
This is a great place to get away from everything, the cabin sits at the end of a drive on top of a mountain. It overlooks a valley surrounded by mountains. It is a quiet place to relax and enjoy the day and night.
This awesome cabin was only an hour from our house but seemed like it was in a whole different world! We loved the peacefulness, beauty, and wildlife. Everything about the cabin was perfect, too!
With record lows and a blizzard we were a little worried but getting stuck in this beautiful cabin with picturesque views!! We could hike as much as we planned but we still had a great time. This place is truly beautiful, private, and worth the drive!
Beautiful property! We loved the view. Property is secluded so make sure you have all the groceries you need. Owner was very responsive to our questions.
We had such a great time at this cabin! The place is awesome--totally secluded, great internet connection, wonderful hot tub, rustic cabin feel that we were looking for. Would highly recommend. Make sure you have groceries and gas, as the closest town seemed to be 30 minutes away.
We absolutely loved everything about this property! House had everything we needed to escape city life for a week all we had to do was bring groceries. The yard was so manicured that it felt like we were staying in a State Park. Will definitely be booking again!
My family was looking for some cold air, beautiful views and a cozy secluded cabin and we got all those things and more. The cabin is well kept and the jacuzzi gives it a touch of luxury. We had a gorgeous hike in Lost Valley where the kids explored caves and waterfalls. We even did a day trip to Crystal Bridges for a bit of change in scenery. It was perfect.
Me, my mom, and my fiancé stayed 3 nights… the property is absolutely beautiful! We really enjoyed our relaxing time there! The views, activities, fireplace, and hot tub were THE BEST!! We will definitely be visiting again! This has become our go-to vacay spot!! I can’t thank the host enough! I did have to contact them for 1 thing and he not only responded immediately, he was also so nice. I can’t wait to visit again!!
Wonderful views, hot tub watching the sun set and stars at night. The place is full of little thoughtful unexpected treats. It is far enough away from everything to feel isolated but close to many of the Ozarks gems. My only complaint is that i did not book a long enough stay, but i hope to fix that in the future.100% recommend.
Very much as advertised. Relaxing, many good hiking spots nearby. Only small problem is a few of the houses on county road leading to property have dogs that like to chase cars
I almost cried when we drove up to this beautiful property. The cabin, fireplace, hot tub, and view are truly what my soul needed. It’s so peaceful and quiet!!No peopleNo noises — from anything!! No cars, trains, highways, barges, factories. Maybe a few air plains. But the peace and quiet was something I’ve never experienced…. And I’ll never forget. The elk in Boxley were so near to see every nightThe hikes and outer roads are all beautiful! - The Glory Hole and The Lost Valley were our favorite hikes!! We will be back sometime to float the Buffalo River….and to finish a book I started in the cabin.
What an amazing and clean place to stay. The deer would visit early morning and late afternoon. We thoroughly enjoyed the downstairs shower. Our daughter and her friend took the upstairs and my husband and I enjoyed the downstairs, well mostly the porch.
If you're visiting Arkansas this is the place to stay.
and the hot tub.
We had such a good time out here. Extremely relaxing and remote. The cabin is so cute and cozy. We ventured out to a couple of spots to hike, otherwise we stayed at the property and really just enjoyed it. Night time is incredible with the sunset, and the starry nights were amazing. We got to see a shooting star, a ton of dragon flies, bats, and deer. The host was extremely responsive and very very helpful. We really look forward to coming back here in the future.
If you want “to go do things” that don’t involve walking trails. You are a long way in the wrong way. If you want a beautiful cabin tucked in the mountains to re-find peace and solitude alone or with your family, this is perfect.
After turning off hwy 21, we were not sure about the directions but traveled down a well maintained gravel road in our motorhome, so it’s drivable in any vehicle. We were ver excited to come around the last corner and see this fantastic cabin. It had everything including an outdoor fire pit, fireplace, which felt great on a cool rainy day, and a jacuzzi which fit four people comfortably. The beds were great and the downstairs shower is really impressive. The kitchen has everything you will need and we spent hours on the back deck looking at the woods. A great place to stay.

I really loved this cabin and I highly recommend it! It has a few small functional issues, but the important things are all there, especially if you love peace and quiet. The absence of sound and light pollution is glorious. The beds are comfortable and clean, and there is ample wood for the fire. Bring your own cookware if you don't like cooking with and cleaning stainless steel pans (youch)(and bring your own brush/sponges/steel wool) - note, it may be induction cooktop so ask questions. Also, bring extra paper towels. This is a charming, simple construction building with no inside sound-proofing, you can literally hear other people breathe between bedrooms...so plan accordingly if that matters to you. Otherwise it's a fabulous place, we LOVED it and hope to visit again.

Beautiful setting and cabin.
Very beautiful setting. We stayed 3 nights. Was disappointed that the pool table is no longer a part of the cabin (September 2023) but we enjoyed the hot tub every night. The internet was very fast. The cabin could have been cleaner but it is a cabin in the woods so it was just as expected for us.
Word of caution about the driveway though: We went in a 2019 XSE Camry at standard ride height and rubbed a little going in and out in one spot but otherwise it was fine. If you have a vehicle that sits lower than that then this is not the cabin for you and walking in really isn't an option, lol.
Very fast owner response.
Overall we really enjoyed the quiet, the stars at night, hot tub and would rent it again.
