The receptionist was terrible. She ignored a problem with my room, leaving me with the issue for over a day. I had to go to reception four times and call twice before she did anything. Luxury detached 12-person chalet, few steps from the slopes in heart Alpe d'Huez
Lovely comfortable chalet. Easy access to resort and slopes. Not suitable for disabled because of steps to road. Great communication with owner.
