"Great place! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the front desk guy spoke English which we really appreciated. The breakfast is okay...not great but not bad--and it's included in the price so no complaints there. Beware this hotel is on the hill so you will need to drive or walk a bit to get back and forth from town but the view is killer so it's worth it."

"The chalet was excellently located in Oz Station. Plenty of space and close to the mountain hostel for food and drink. Communication with the chalet team was excellent "

"The apartment was not as the pictures described it on the website, very misleading. Kids bedroom with no windows and had black mold on the ceiling
There was also no window in the bathroom and extractor fan did not work, so also had black mold
Toilet sink had come away from wall, the shelf was propped up with bits of paper
The kitchen had kick boards missing, the fridge didn’t work properly and was generally old and tired looking
The second night (Sunday) there was a big party in the room next to reception and outside it in the parking area, screaming shouting and drinking outside our window until about 2 am when the ambulance arrived "
