"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Morgan Resort & Spa. The resort is beautiful, modern, spotless, and truly luxurious. The pool area is especially amazing, with gorgeous views and such a relaxing atmosphere. A special thank you to Nyell at check-in, who truly made our stay extra special with such a warm and welcoming attitude. Luke from driving services was also incredibly kind and professional. Everyone we encountered was friendly, attentive, and amazing. We loved everything about our stay and certainly will be back! Highly recommend this beautiful resort to anyone visiting St. Maarten."

"We had a fantastic time at this resort! Our room was in the perfect location in the marina building, ocean front and also beside a pool and bar. We had the breakfast buffet every morning, it was delicious with fresh fruit and a mix of different items every day. Service here was great and the staff are amazing. The resort is located within walking distance of bars and restaurants, also a few supermarkets. The market garden supermarket is about 10min walk but they have a much better selection."

"Too many maintenance issues happening on property including elevators not working, the smoke alarm beeping all night and the mattress for the bed being old. Stayed in arm 326, of you ever get that room ask to switch immediately."

"Pool was nice. Other than that check in was horrible, no one to help with luggage, there was no actual beach or access to a beach only a peer for boats. Sewage wafted through the room often. There were giant roaches and one hitchhiked in our backpack. When we brought this to staff’s attention we were ignored and told that it’s the time of year. No refund for our unused ngts. We ended up chking out early. Mgr was rude and restaurant was pricy for subpar food and drinks. Won’t return to this property."

"I appreciate how friendly the staff was and the overall experience while we stayed at the hotel. There were a few restaurants to dine at, parking lot was safe and the room was cleaning daily. I liked that the hotel was in walking distance to the town. "

"Beach staff and chairs/umbrellas/food/drink as well as cleanliness was great. Mexican restaurant was good food but staff slow and forgetful/inattentive. It appeared you had to pay a fee to use the gym $6/day but never bothered to confirm. "

"Exterior of the property, amenities and common areas are nice but depending on the room you get it's a toss up. First room we had on the 10th floor smelled of sewage and mold. The second room on the 7th floor had 1 broken ac in the bedroom. The front desk staff tried their best but what can you do when upper management is no where to be found. The hallways on all floors except the ground level were hot, no ac. The property has potential but when not properly maintained and cheap material is used it's falling apart."
