Malmaison Oxford
Great staff and they called when room was ready and stored our luggage for us. It was a visit for my daughter's 21st birthday and the location was brilliant as she is at the uni there. Lovely, clean and quirky room and very quiet too. Breakfast was also really nice and again, great staff.

The Store
The staff were the most welcoming staff I have ever experienced. So friendly and so kind. They even gave our 9 month old baby a toy. Very accommodating. Amazing room with stunning views!!!
