Enjoy your morning coffee or night cap with a view and while observing the local wildlife! Multiple large screen smart TVs are available in living rooms and bedrooms so you never have to miss a game or good binge watching session. Guests can truly unwind in the serene surroundings of this spacious and charming retreat. Offering 3 en-suites, everyone will find a cozy spot to relax. Around the home, you will find many interesting books and memorabilia of Historic Oxford and Ole Miss. The dock offers rockers to unwind, watch the ducks, or feed the fish. The "Morgan Cabin" includes 4 bathrooms with showers, toiletries, and hair dryers for added convenience for the whole crew.

Ole Miss Game Day Gem

Rented this house for ole miss football weekend. This house was amazing. Close enough to campus but far enough to get away from the traffic. Was great to go back to the house to relax and have fun. Will definitely rent this house again.

Hotty Toddy, Gosh Almighty - This is the place to be!

This well appointed lakeside respite offers a sanctuary setting minutes away from the hustle and bustle of The Grove and Square. We enjoyed the scenic backdrop from dockside rockers, shoreline benches, strolls around the property and multi-level alfresco fireside dining spaces. Our gracious host epitomized southern hospitality, providing a myriad of amenities for comfort and convenience which ensured a memorable visit for all.
