The staff were very friendly. We stayed at this hotel, as we drove from Surrey and parking was included, unlike most hotels in the area. We were very happy with our stay and would return to his hotel if we come back to Oxford.

Breakfast very good although I would have liked more fruit options. Had a single en suite room which was comfortably cosy, all very clean. I would have liked the bar menu available in the evening as I had been out to tea and didn’t really need a full meal, bar had good ambience.

We had a lovely stay at the Cotswold Lodge Hotel. It has a lot going for it! It’s in walkable distance to Oxford City Centre, it’s one of very few hotels that offer on-site parking. The team were great and we were well looked after. The bar was well stocked - the wine was nice and my husband was glad to see a dark beer option. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. It is quite dated and would benefit from spruce up, but beauty is only skin deep and I would say the service outweighs the cosmetic element and I would recommend staying here.

This was a very nice property. It had lovely rooms and the downstairs had a few rooms where you could gather and have a drink or a snack. Breakfast was provided and was excellent. Overall, we would definitely return to this property if we were in the area.

This property is like stepping back in time…the room was clean, staff is friendly and they serve a good breakfast . Easy walk to main Oxford attractions. One negative is it was a bit expensive.

If you’re looking for a quaint Oxford hotel this is it. The employees are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is great too! Our room was more modern than I would have liked but clean and welcoming. The only negative is that it’s a bit of a walk to the city center.
