"The room (and hotel) smelled strongly of smoke. The sheets were stained (but did seem clean). The room overall was very dingy. The breakfast was terrible. As my husband put it, ‘fresh paint and wallpaper cannot save this hotel, only a bulldozer can’. "

"I will start by saying the location is great. Very convenient. The lobby and room were clean, except for our shower. There was a dirty washcloth in the shower. Gross. We booked a king room and got a 2 queen bed room. I called the front desk to ask and she said they were overbooked and that was all they had. We were bummed about that. The pool was closed so didn’t get a chance to use although it was chilly so not sure we would have used it anyway. Breakfast (eggs, potatoes and bacon) were unfortunately cold. The worst part though was on the other side of the wall from the head of our beds was the elevators. We heard them all night long! Would maybe stay again if the price was right but certainly would not be our first choice. "
