The location is great! Close to the Square and Oe Miss. We were in town for college orientation so it was great to be right across from campus. The staff were helpful and extremely friendly. Our room was extremely spacious and great for our two teenagers with two TV’s. There was a-lot of construction going on while we were there inside and outside. I understand that’s just part of updating so we were just fine. Would definitely stay again.

I was at first dismayed to see that there was extensive renovating going on at the hotel, because I feared loud construction noise. But I was pleasantly surprised. We got one of the brand new rooms that had just been remodeled and it was very clean and nice. And with the help of the option of a constant AC fan, I had the quietest night I have ever spent in a hotel in my life. Comfy bed too!

Perfect

We had a great stay with walking distance to downtown Oxford. It was a pleasure to explore, and then return back to the hotel. We were told the hotel is getting ready to go through a full renovation so some of the carpet in our room was frayed and pulled up, but that is understandable with the current renovations getting ready to start. The staff was overly friendly and accommodating.

Perfect for Ole Miss College Tour

Very helpful front desk staff. Room was clean and spacious. Very convenient for a trip to tour Ole Miss with teens who really enjoyed the pool and exercise room.

Great place to stay

Comfortable beds. Room was clean. Nice bathroom. Quiet even though it was very busy being a football weekend. Parking very convenient. Within walking distance to the square and other places of interest.

Pretty nice and works for a night

Nice property, great location. Lobby is lovely and they have a Starbucks inside and a nice outdoor seating area. The room was small but fine and clean. Couple odd things like no soap at the sink and trash and junk left about some of the common areas (pool, hallway) but I blame the guests for that. Location was great, could walk downtown which was nice. It was good for what we needed which was one nights stay

Sweet and Convenient

Customer service was awesome, Clinton introduced himself and was very professional and knowledgeable of his job duties. He was very patient, helpful, nice, and friendly. The room was very clean. My husband and I were very satisfied so we decided to stay an extra night and would most definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Hotel review

My day was pretty good. The hotel is very clean. The service was pretty nice. Free parking. Unfortunately they have a Starbucks but it’s always closed only for breakfast! The Wi-Fi kept cutting in and out and the television shut off and turned back on. You could definitely hear a little bit through the walls.

I was very disappointed with the room cleanliness and all essentials when arriving in room. Did not have ample amount of towels, half a roll of toilet paper and no extra roll. Keurig had pod left in it from prior guest & was not restocked with coffee items. I asked front desk to have house keeping to change the sheets on the bed because I was questioning if that was even done. Front desk said they’d take care of it. Unfortunately, they did not honor my request and bed sheets were not changed. I’ve never experienced this in a hotel before and I’ve traveled many places. Hotel personnel were extremely attentive. Seems to be a disconnect with their cleaning service.

The staff was friendly and the location is hard to beat, but this was our first and last stay at this property. The common areas as well as our room were very dirty. Our end of the hallway and room smelled strongly of mildew. There was no bedding at all for the fold out couch. For the high price of move in weekend, the condition was really disappointing.
