Our room was extremely clean. It was nice to have a window that opened up a bit :). The fan/heater worked great. The staff was wonderful!! They were knowledgable about the area, very friendly and helped us when we needed it :). Thank you so much to the staff here, you guys were amazing! We will be back :)

Great spot, breakfast had lots of options. Pool was great for the kids. Had some troubles using the sauna - women’s too cold and men’s too hot! Great stay overall though and good price, would consider returning

The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast and coffee was great. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Saw kids enjoying the pool. The facility in general needs some updating with wallpaper coming off the walls in the bathrooms and the main hallway rugs almost worn right through. Staff made up for the few inequities.

This is our second stay at this hotel. Hotel front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. It is so close to Brightshores hospital that it only takes 3-4 minutes to get there. The breakfast has a good variety and the girl looking after it is very friendly. I didn't use pool but I will the next time for sure.
