The Hilton is a great choice for your stay in Blue Mountain Village. While not directly in the village, it is a short and safe walk to all the shopping and dining options. The hotel is a beautiful lodge style, which makes it so much cozier. Since there are multiple lodges on the property, we never get like there were too many people. Which made for a relaxing and intimidate time away.

When I think of Hilton Grand Vacation Resorts, I expect nothing but quality and a great atmosphere. The Blue Mountain location did not disappoint. Our room was clean, spacious and quiet. The resort amenities included everything I expected for a weekend getaway.

Great location. All the amenities. Having a kitchenette in the room was so convenient. Balcony with Muskoka chairs and an hammock. Great for sitting out at night or having coffee in the morning. Only downfall was the iron in the room was terrible, needs replacing. Lisa was so great at the desk, checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Already planning our next trip there for September. This time we’ve recruited our friends to come with us.

There was construction going on and we drove over a nail on the path to the room. I understand that construction means noise but I wasn’t expecting to have to deal with a flat tire because of it. We spoke to reception and they were very dismissive. They told us that there are signs stating that there is construction (the signs were only about noise) and they wouldn’t do anything to help or compensate us for the cost. We had a golf booked for that morning that had to be cancelled (more money spent) and CAA had to tow the car 30 minutes away. Terrible customer service.
