Turn on that TV, kick your feet up, and get ready for a tranquil evening at home.
Prepare meals in the updated kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, including a French door fridge, oven, microwave, four-burner stove, coffee maker, and even a dishwasher! Use the free WiFi available throughout the condo to look up that recipe you've been dying to try and make good use of the kitchen to surprise your loved ones.
Catch up on a little work at the fireside desk while the snow falls outside. During the summer months, this condo is also equipped with central air conditioning to give you a cool oasis between your outdoor adventures.
The upper level features two bedrooms. The bunk room has its own flatscreen TV with cable and the main bedroom features a flatscreen TV as well and an en-suite full bath with a tub.

Parking Notes: As soon as you arrive at Chateau Ridge you must immediately enter the unit and retrieve your two parking passes and place one on each windshield of your two permitted on-site vehicles. This a vital part of the check-in process so as you are not ticketed or towed. At check-out you must place the two parking passes back exactly where you located them when you first checked-in.
Any lost parking passes (2) will result in a replacement penalty fee of $250/pass which will be charged to the credit card on file.
Please note that parking space availability can be very limited; if there are no spaces available at Chateau Ridge, it is the guest's responsibility to find a suitable place to legally park in the region. Please notify Vacasa is this occurs by contacting our Customer Experience (CX) Team at Vacasa which is available 24/7 at 1-800-544-0300
Ski Shuttle Details:
Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
