"This is a great hotel to stay at. Its location makes it convenient to the train station and many of the attractions in Amiens. It is a walkable city with some lovely parks. Staff were pleasant rather than friendly but helpful when needed. This is our second stay at this hotel and we would stay again if in Amiens."

"Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed. My family and I felt very safe and welcome at this hotel. Very close to Beaumont Hamel Memorial site and the other Trail of the Caribou sites as well. Great breakfast. We stayed two nights and ate dinner at the Beluga (hotel restaurant) one evening. Food was delicious as were drinks. Reasonable prices. Great staff. "

"Super close to the train station, great parking at a reasonable rate, great continental breakfast. Desk clerks were alway friendly and helpful when asked any questions. The hotel is in the same building as a supermarket, which made it easy for us to grab a snack or water for on the road. Centrally located to many restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, etc. Great pedestrian mall, terraces, etc. Amiens has a great vibe!"

"This was a decent hotel for a one night stay. I would not stay longer. The property is in very poor condition. The people that reside in this hotel were pleasant and kind. It just was not what we envisioned when we booked. The rooms we reserved were clean (two triples), the linens were clean, and the bathrooms were clean. It was a short drive to the city center and quiet."

"They say first impressions count... I chose the Kyriad in Poulainville based on the hotels proximity to Amiens. When arriving it was a number of minutes before the reception staff answered the bell which I had to hit twice for attention. As this was a Road Trip, I had a number of bags and asked if a luggage trolley was available to be told not by the chap on the front desk. (See final words) We were then told the restaurant next door was closed but food was available to be ordered and either...

"Location was terrific. Right downtown. Parking was extra and lucky we got there early to get one of 4 spots in their garage. Staff was pleasant but room was up 3 flights of stairs. It is an old building which is kinda neat but it was a tiny room which was ok but sparse. Good shower we private bath."

"The Reception staff were very friendly & helpful, all of them spoke English to a good level. The rooms were made up promptly & to a high standard. There was some external noise in the morning caused by building work which was annoying but not the Hotel's fault. Once the works are completed the Hotel will have no issues. I fully recommend it. "
