"The Hotel is in a great location with a updated retro room. The room had an excellent view of the lake and a great balcony. The staff was very friendly and professional. Our only complaint would be the Hotel restaurant. Food was mediocre and service was slow."

"Everything was fantastic, we appreciated the pool as we traveled with a child and yes the water was warm. Outside they have lounge chairs if you like to tan, a grill, and a firepit. Breakfast is not included but it is very good. If I ever travel to Ithaca again I will definitely be booking here"

"The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. There was also plenty of parking available, which was convenient. The hotel itself feels dated, with older carpeting throughout the property. It appeared the carpets were in the process of being cleaned, but the odor and condition affected the hallways and even the rooms. Breakfast was just okay—it offered only the bare minimum with limited options. Overall, it was an acceptable stay, but the hotel could benefit from updates and a more substantial breakfast selection."
