trochę za drogo dla takiego standardu

Powitanie w recepcji mało przyjemne. Natomiast rano obsługa przez przesympatyczną Panią (chyba właścicielka) pozwoliła miło rozpocząć dzień.

Nein Danke nicht nochmal

Das Zimmer war renovierungsbedürftig. Matratze oder das Lattenrost war sehr schlecht und sollte ausgetauscht werden. Man hat da quasi in einer Kuhle gelegen. Am Morgen hatte ich extreme Rücken und Nacken schmerzen. Mit der Rechnung gab es auch Probleme sodass ich weitere Lauferei habe. Nie wieder.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, hatten ein Familientreffen in Engelskirchen. Im allgemeinen ein sehr gutes Klima mit dem Personal. Frühstück war OK. Das Hotel ist aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Large rooms, onsite restaurant had great service. However shower was broken and wifi signal in the room extremely weak. Shops/supermarket is about 10-15 minutes walk

Good accommodation for family tour to Koln w/ car

The employees were very kind and the room was clean. Free Wifi was available and its speed was also satisfactory. It took 25 minutes to to to Koln.

Sehr freundlicher Familienbetrieb

Das Hotel selbst hat sein besseren Jahre schon länger gesehen. Es ist aber sauber; es herrscht eine sehr nette Atmoshäre mit Kaminfeuer und netter Ansprache. Der Preis ist entsprechend fair.

Verkehrstechnisch sehr gut erreichbares Hotel

Sind Freitag abends angekommen, Hotel war nicht sehr voll, daher keinerlei Wartezeiten. Hatten ein Zimmer zur Strasse, war aber lange nicht so schlimm wie andere Gäste das beschrieben hatten. War schon unser zweiter Aufenthalt dort, jeweils eine Nacht auf der Durchreise. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt würde ich ein Hotel mit mehr Komfort nehmen, dafür aber auch mehr bezahlen. Preis-Leistung hat hier aber sehr gut gepasst

Dated hotel but nice staff

Our room was a large apartment style room which was quite dated but clean. There are railroad tracks across the street but we didn't have a real problem with noise in the late hours. The staff was friendly.

Fint hotel

Pænt og rent værelse. Rigtig fin service, specielt prisen taget i betragtning. Badeværelset manglede badeforhæng, så hele gulvet blev vådt når man gik i bad, men ellers var det fint. Beliggenheden var også fin, cirka 15-20 minutter fra Köln centrum.

Günstige Übernachtung und gutes Essen!

Das Hotel und das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich, die Adresse war allerdings nicht direkt über das Navi einzugeben. Das Appartement könnte im Wohnbereich ein wenig mehr Komfort (Sitzgelegenheiten für 4 Personen nicht nur auf unbequemen Stühlen) vertragen, der Fernseher hängt so hoch wie in einem Krankenzimmer und man verrenkt sich auf Dauer etwas den Hals, ansonsten aber ok. SUPER-Essen: Man sollte auf alle Fälle einmal die Gelegenheit nutzen, im angeschlossenen Restaurant zu essen!! Reichlich und sehr lecker!! Freundliches Personal!! Trotz Bahnstrecke auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite ist es ruhig im Zimmer durch gute Schallisolierung.

Service Client IRRÉPROCHABLE !

Accueil chaleureux, restaurant ok, service restaurant irréprochable, service global très bon. On voit qu'ils ont une volonté de faire bien. Perso, il fallait que je me rende sur Cologne (à 25km) le matin de mon départ. Le taxi m'a annoncé des bouchons monstres. C'est alors que Mexi (fille du patron), m'a proposé gratuitement de me déposer à la gare (situé à 4 km) puis prendre le train pour être à mon RDV - Le trajet = 30 min pour 4,5€ de train. Rien à dire. Service impécable. En France j'ai jamais vu ca ! je recommande l'hotel !
