"The motel is great for an overnight stay if you are happy with minimal accommodations. (No breakfast/no blow dryer/ no extra furniture in room etc.)Super reasonable prices, and the staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, and they provide excellent customer service. They do allow pets, and residual pet odors were evident in our room. We advised the staff upon our departure and they expressed interest in addressing the issue."

"Our stay at the Grand Marquis was less than ideal. There were french fries on the carpet. The beds were hard and the pillows were flat. There was no light by the beds. The sound of the restaurant music next door was thumping until well after midnight. Then in the morning, all you hear are doors slamming. Maybe ok if it were really cheap…but I thought it was a bit too pricey. "

"Property offers many things to do! Prepare to walk - it’s a hike to the waterparks, activities & restaurants - or you can use the shuttle but during busy times it’s a wait. All in all my favorite place to stay in the dells! "

"Didn’t have a few different things that you had to ask for like soap, a couple more towels"

"Room was dirty, one bed needed fresh sheets because it was covered with another guests hair, toilet was covered with another guest’s feces, hot tub wasn’t working, outdoor garbage cans were overflowing and outdoor security lock was broken. Staff was responsive, but it was clear they were completely overwhelmed. This property is dated and seemingly falling apart."
