Aspects that we really appreciated were : the home was very clean, comfortable beds, comfortable furniture in general, stainless steel pots and pans, low sitting beach chairs, beach towels, a large washer and dryer, the location (!), kayaks, and the backyard seating area! The home was everything we were hoping it would be and the communication with the hosts was excellent! I highly recommend staying here! Spanish Wells is a very special place! "

"Firstly, Vrbo stated that the unit is located in Jubilee Subdivision. After paying through the website, Theresa immediately sent the location and her contact which was great. However, the unit was not in Jubilee Subdivision . This was not a major problem as the neighborhood was nice.
