"A functional hotel next to a shopping mall. Check was slow and the WiFi was very poor every where which was disappointing. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room had great air con and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and we had a delicious meal in the restaurant. "

"There was no running water - after a 13 hour flight I couldn’t take a shower. Called front desk and they said they’d look in the morning to fix it. Not acceptable. Next day still wasn’t working. Couldn’t brush teeth or even use toilet to flush. We checked out early "
