Located in the heart of downtown, this peaceful unit is within steps from everything Ouray has to offer – hiking, shopping, restaurants, breweries, & a short walk to the world-famous hot springs. This unit offers all living spaces and bedrooms in one level with private and quiet outdoor space.

The home is surrounded by mature trees that provide a secluded & peaceful atmosphere yet close to everything. Huge lot with a flat yard & ample space to relax or play in. Enjoy the large, covered patio and front porch when you rent the Valley Unit. This serene private yard also has a picnic table & a grill.

The home has three units. Shared Parking area on the west side (back side) of the property, common between units.

Please NO RVs or trailer in the parking lot. Thank you for your understanding!
