The balcony overlooks the city with great views of the Amphitheater, Cascade Falls and you have a birds eye view of the water fights on the 4th of July. The location is perfect for walking to the ice park, Box Canyon Falls, hiking the Perimeter Trail or driving to one of the many off-roading trails in the area. We’re also a short 40 minute drive to world class skiing at Telluride Ski Resort. We offer an open concept kitchen with beautiful granite countertops, updated appliances, along with lots of windows and natural light. Parking is available on 6th Avenue. Trailers can be parked in the oversized vehicle lot located at the west end of 9th Avenue.

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we follow CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc., are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
