"The host was very responsive to our questions and needs. The house is nicely decorated and furnished, comfortable and all appliances are clean and working. We loved the quick walk to the beach! We wished we had more options in cookware and mixing bowls since we did a lot of meals at the house, but were able to get by with what was provided. The grill worked great! It was great to have the option of dog friendly since my daughter could not find adequate care for her dog over the holidays. It was nice to have groceries nearby and there was enough provision of toilet paper and paper towels for the first 2 days. Our family enjoyed our time here and will definitely keep it in mind for another trip!"

"This was our first time staying in the New Smyrna area. We were able to find this place at the very last minute and we are so happy we did! The view of the ocean out our balcony window and our bedroom window were breathtaking! The condo was located on the third level with the place only having 5 levels. It was very convenient that they offered beach towels and beach accessories as we did not have any of that due to us flying and not driving! They were very prompt at responding to questions we had. I am a bit of a clean freak. This place was very clean and had everything we needed for our week's stay. We would definitely stay here again! "
