"Super cute setup with very easy check in and great communication with Monica. It was thoughtfully decorated and she was very flexible with my arrival time. Nice being right across the street from a beach and having easy parking. The kitchen was well equipped and I appreciated there were items like sunscreen, beach chairs, towels, laundry detergent, etc. I did not use the pool. Would definitely recommend."

"One of the nicest small couples or single condos I've stayed in New Smyrna in 40 yrs. Got to meet the owners Melanie and Thor and Great people and Melanie is super easy to communicate with. Highly recommend it. All ready have. I'll be back"

"The overall cleanliness of the unit was not great. The downstairs unit was very clean but the trash can was full. The upstairs unit was not very clean, had ants in the front bedroom and window sills were pretty dirty. The outside sitting area was not very clean and most of the seating had bird droppings on them. "
