"Great house in a great location. Owner was very responsive with any concerns. My boys loved being able to walk to the park, beach, Izzy’s and C’s Waffles! They really enjoyed the heated pool. So close to a lot of our favorite spots and lots of space. This house is very equipped with many things you may need! We all agreed that we will be back :)"

"Most important the place was clean. Well stocked with anything you may need. Bright decorative beach theme. Amazing view of the beach Easy check in. Close to restaraunts, entertainment & stores. Play ground, tables & basketball court across street by beach. Host was quick to respond. Well priced for what was provided. It wasnt a brand new place but it was perfect. I would definitely recommend it & stay here again."

Including getting us a new wine opener that matched the theme of the property. Overnight! I would come back to New Smyrna Beach just to stay here again. This was also our first Vrbo stay and the host was so gracious in helping us navigate. I cannot say enough good things. "

"Very clean room. Fixtures, layout, and theme were wonderful. Plenty of appliances, towels, cups, etc. Coffee station was stocked. Closet was full of amenities for the beach including a wagon. Property is well taken care of. Public park and beach ramp directly across the street. Beautiful sunrise views. "

"The house was stylishly decorated with modern appliances. The bed mattress were comfortable. There was plenty of common space for us to gather. Check in and out was easy. We didn't need to contact our host because they provided detailed instructions for our stay. The stove burner that was broken in a previous review still hadn't been repaired. Since we were able to use both kitchens, it wasn't a problem. There was a hurricane the week before our stay and the closest beach access was damaged. We were able to walk down the street to access the beach. The staircase outside the house is the only way to get to the upstairs unit. If we had small children it would have been disappointing, but for our group it was fine. It was an excellent stay for adults. "
