"Super comfortable room. The room was spacious and really clean. Breakfast was outstanding!!! Only problem was the key cards. Took a long time to get into the room with the card. Seems all the people on our hallway had the same problem. Might be time to change the sensors."
"Could have given 5 star to rate if not for a couple of staff in the breakfast area. Though they are nice and courteous some of them lack basic training in communication skills. They are not rude but the way the communicate can irk you. Example: told the greeter I have extra guest for breakfast response was “you know you NEED to pay right?” in a very irritating tone. Another example: ordered coke which of course is not included in the buffet as soon as the soda was delivered server demanded payment right away. We hardly started eating yet and bill slapped in front of our face. Im sure they dont mean to be rude but it come out that way. Other than these issues all is well and of course it wont stop me from coming back"
