The accommodation comprises on the ground floor :
- A 25 m² living room with a TV, a fireplace, a sitting area with sofa and armchairs, and a dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

1st floor:
- Bedroom 1 with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2 with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate WC.

On the 2nd floor, outside :
- A 40m² east-west-facing terrace with furniture and an enclosed summer kitchen.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide a washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Oupia, in very pleasant surroundings. There is a grocer's shop in the village and in Olonzac (3 km) you will find all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market...
