VILLA BEACH ENTRANCE - Full ground floor with free parking

The accommodation constitutes the entire ground floor of the beautiful Villa CHANTEREYNE in typical Anglo-Norman style dating from the nineteenth century and located exactly at the entrance of the beach of RIVA-BELLA.
Villa unique by its history linked to the landing (this storey will be told to you!).
The accommodation is independent from the rest of the house and that for you, completely refurbished with a large living room of 40m2.

84m2 completely renovated.
It includes a large living room of 40 m2 with open kitchen, overlooking a small private garden facing south-east, 3 bedrooms (sleeps 7 including a baby), a bathroom, 1 shower room, 2 toilets, 1 of which is independent. An extra for 2 additional people in the sofa bed in the living room is possible, ask me.
One of the 3 bedrooms and the shower room also have outside access.

Although at the busy entrance to the beach, the accommodation is very quiet as the villa is set back from the street and the small garden overlooks the garden of a senior residence.
Sleeping arrangements:
1 bedroom with double bed,
1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 80 that can be pushed together,
1 small bedroom – the one that also has external access – with 2 single beds of 90 bunk beds (the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old),

If you are interested in parking there before picking up the apartment (for information, parking is paid outside in mid and high season), it is possible if you do not disturb the vehicles on site. Please let me know in this case.

A bus service is available, however, with a stop 700m away.

IMPORTANT - READ BEFORE BOOKING

The beds will be as in the photos, with mattress, duvet and pillows with mattress protector, but without bed linen.
Bed linen to cover them, as well as towels and cleaning are not provided as basic and remain at your expense.

For your bed linen, provide:
For the double bed, a 140x200 fitted sheet, a 240X220 duvet cover, two 63x63 pillow covers.
For each single bed, an 80 or 90X200 fitted sheet depending on the room, a 140X200 duvet cover, a 63x63 pillow cover.

However, you have the possibility to rent towels and/or bed linen on request (15€/double bed, 12€/single bed, 5€/large towel, 3€/small towel).
A tea towel will be provided.

For cleaning, it can be done at your exit for an extra 68€ (ask me).

If you prefer to do it yourself,
you can use the utensils and household products that will be left at your disposal. In this case, it is your responsibility to leave the accommodation as clean as you found it.
