Charming Anglo-Norman style house, it is located in Ouistreham Riva-bella - a dynamic seaside resort, 30m from a large sandy beach. Very well located to enjoy many activities, and also to discover the boarding beaches.
* Linen, towels are provided. You will find some basic products on site.
* bikes are loaned free of charge.

IMPORTANT NOTES; the house has steps. It is not suitable for people with physical difficulties. The bedroom downstairs is independent from the house. To access it, you have to go through the patio.

On the ground floor, a 25m2 living room, a recently tastefully renovated shower room, the toilet, a well-equipped kitchen with velux sea view. From the kitchen you have access to the small garden behind the house. A small balcony allows you to enjoy breakfast outside if the weather permits.
Upstairs, master bedroom with 140x190 bed with toilet and dressing room.
Sailor's room, sea view through the windows, two 120x190 and 140x190 beds.
Foam bedroom half basement, accessed from the patio, with two 90x190 beds. Small note: there is no sanitary. This room is not suitable for young children.
Small patio with garden table and chairs are provided as well as a barbecue.

    charmante maison idéalement située, proche mer, thalasso, centre ville

    Nous avons été très bien accueillis, la maison correspond exactement au descriptif, aucune surprise négative. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et si l'occasion se présente nous retournerons dans cette location sans hésiter.

    Good location, clean and well equipped

    This property was in a good location just one street back from the beach. It’s also perfectly placed to visit the WW2 Normandy landing beaches. The sleeping arrangements would be good for a family, but not so good for 3 adult males - we had to share rooms, but it wasn’t a major problem for us. The property was basic, but clean and well equipped for cooking etc and included free usage of bikes, a BBQ, a small but well equipped kitchen. There was always a parking space in front of the gates. The only (slightly) negative point is that the toilet / lavatory could do with an update. Overall, I would book it again.

    Maison bord de mer

    Bibi et son mari sont accueillants et à notre écoute. Le propriétaitre très réactif aux messages et c'est très agréable d'avoir une réponse rapide à nos questions. Maison idéalement placée en bord de mer et le centre ville à 10mn à pied. Nous sommes des normands jamais nous nous lassons de ces belles plages avec des balades sécurisées à deux roues et à pieds

    Un bon choix de villégiature

    Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison. Celle-ci jouit d’une très bonne situation à Ouistreham : plages et commerces proches à pied. De plus, la maison est confortable, bien chauffée et avec pleins de petites attentions de la part des propriétaires pour rendre le séjour encore plus réussi, notamment avec des enfants. Nous garderons un bon souvenir de notre halte en Normandie sur les lieux du débarquement du 6 juin 1944.

    Maison très bien située dans une rue calme,les propriétaires sont à l' ecoute et très serviables. Seul petit bémol,la troisième chambre n'est accessible que par l' exterieur,ce qui ne convient pas à tout le monde. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.
