"This was a wonderful experience for a family of 3, but the place provides accommodations for up to 12, including the 2 really cute guesthouses. Gorgeous property especially the gardens, and the outdoor space including the private pool and gazebo. Beach right in front is essentially private as well, we never saw anyone else there. Can beach/swim right there, also snorkel (suboptimal like elsewhere in Nevis). The house itself, while not luxurious in amenities, is very clean, functional and well laid out, it is actually better than what it looks like in the pictures provided. Very responsive host provided very helpful local info/recs. Gorgeous sunsets and night sky. If you value privacy, serenity and want to have your own piece of beach/ocean strongly consider this property. Great deal especially for a large (multigenerational) family "

"Lovely little cottage and wonderful restaurant and staff. We knew booking there was no pool; planned on ocean swims but water wasn’t very clear and did not appear clean. There are better places to stay at similar price but enjoyed experience. "

"The room was clean and well maintained during our stay. The property is a bit old and dated but comfortable enough. There are two pools and both have unusual layouts where you are not really able to sit by the pool to socialize or to watch your children if you have children with you. Only one of the pools have chairs at all and they are located on a "sun deck" on one side of the pool that is not visible from the part of the pool where you swim. I know this isn't fixable but it's a strange layout that I thought others should be aware of. The restaurant on the beach by The Hamilton (The Yacht Club) is not affiliated with The Hamilton but is quite good and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Highly recommend the pizza! "

"Our second stay at Zenith and it’s a fantastic property with excellent views and accommodations. We are a family of 4 and our two young (10) kids had plenty of space. The pool is perfectly sized for us, the beach is calm and makes for excellent swimming and the property features a beach club should you want a cold drink at the beach, lunch, dinner or anything else. "This is a lovely house, well equipped with all that you need for your stay. The seating is comfortable with several dining area options. There is a smart TV with sign-in for your streaming services. One more sun lounger is needed to complete the six and maybe one replaced.The inside was impeccable, the only additional cleaning would be a routine for the pool area. Lots of fans and good AC if you need it but the breeze flowing through the home makes largely unnecessary. Huge fridge freezer should be ample for most needs. Communication with Anna was good and directions to the house were spot on. We used Nevis Car Hire and they took our luggage to the villa and we followed meaning we did not need to hire a big car just for luggage, great service. The key was not there when we checked in, which was a bit scary as our phones were not yet working but Patterson turned up with them soon after we arrived, explaining that the cleaner had forgot to leave them. The was useful as he did a walkthrough and explained everything. Start up supplies had kindly been arranged and we're there for our arrival. Everything was just as described."
