"The pictures they used as an example were absolutely unlike the room we stayed in. The walls were nearly falling apart, the bathroom was grimy, and it was an uncomfortable place to sleep. Although the bedding was clean and the room seemed like it had been cleaned, the room as a whole just felt so dirty. There was also a door that led into the building that was locked from the outside, and was unable to be locked from within the room. This is unfortunately one of, if not the worst hotel room I have stayed in."

"Quiet, comfortable bed, good location. Amazing welcome upon arrival really made the experience great at the start. Welcome bottle of wine was a really nice and unexpected touch too! But then later there was an issue with the tv. It was unplugged for some reason which was odd but whatever. Three remotes in the room and none of them would turn the volume up. After several minutes of frustration I called the front desk and politely asked for some help with it. The response was a big sigh and then to hang up on me. Not cool. "

Manning Resort accommodations were all booked so we stayed at the cozy cabin and commuted to ski daily We were able to cook and eat healthy in the nice kitchen, which we wouldn’t have been able to do in Manning Lodge. "Our family had a wonderful time at Aspen Lodge on Otter Lake. A great, well-furnished house, perfectly located on a beautiful lake for family fun. Watercraft, games and toys provided. With a house this big we had some minor issues but Phebe’s prompt and thoughtful responses ensured we had a most pleasant stay. Excellent communication with her from first contact which is always a very important consideration. I can’t say enough good about this house and location in terms of providing a great family holiday for our three generations that started at age 6 and went up from there (way up)."
