"Prior to our vacation, I had spoke with the property manager. She was knowledgeable, personable, kind, extremely helpful, could answer all questions and had great suggestions.By the time we arrived at the house, it was late and very dark. Still, we were able to find the property, manage the lock box, and get in. Such a gem of a home! It's perfect for viewing the ocean! All was clean and welcoming. We were expecting rain, but had mainly clouds, so seldom were we at the house. No chance to use game room, but we did watch the sunset and whale spouts from the hot tub. We also used the functional kitchen off and on. My grandson met the next door doogy, as he was missing his dog, this was a treat. Overall this property and home were just what we expected... wonderful!Suggestions:*If renters arrive Friday, have neighbors take garbage to street. We got in too late to read the signage.*It would help to have motion sensor light mounted at the front door for those who arrive after sunset. *Oven door does not completely close and seal. *Thermostats were ON and the house was heated upon entering. If owners had an app to control them, the temps could be managed.*Not all hot tub knobs funtion properly or at all, but was still usable and very warm.*There are 2 queen sized foam cushions that renters can place atop the bed mattresses. Still the beds were uncomfortable. Highly suggest new mattresses upstairs and for the couch bed downstairs. Vacationers appreciate a good night's sleep."

"Excellent house in an excellent location! Clean, comfortable, with ocean views and nearby beach access. Well stocked with almost anything you need for your stay. And Tracy is an excellent host. She was friendly, communicative and helpful. This was the perfect place for our family get together. Will definitely book again!"

"I had a great sty with my kids for a mini girls trip. The house was clean and fully stocked, and so cozy! The beds were really comfortable, and we enjoyed the leisurely walks to the beach through the trees. It was a quiet cozy little spot away from the crowds, and I would definitely come back"

"We were able to book the room last minute for one night of a long weekend. The price for a beach stay was quite reasonable especially when you add in the amenities. The hot tub was for adults only which was nice, but the open hours of 10am-10pm made it difficult to visit in the morning with an 11am check out time. The facilities work, but are dated, despite how they come across in the pictures. Not an impact on us just different from the pictures, including the pictures of the room. We were in an end unit with both forest and beach views. It was a great location. The walls are super thin and we could hear every conversation, screaming child, and walking steps above us and next to us late into the evening. I eventually called the front desk and they said they would give the unit a ring and work it out. I should've called sooner. Every staff member we interacted with was nice and engaging. The bed is a little springy, but not the worst. I think we were just unlucky with our neighbors this trip. Overall, I would still consider staying here again as a budget friendly option for the coast."
