I was very disappointed by the aesthetics of the room. The decor was ugly and the lighting was glaring and awful. If only they put dimmers on their lights and updated the depressing, grey design, it would have been such a nicer experience!

Property was fine. Facing a mural (a little sad) but not a complaint. Nice kitchen but broken boiler (we got it replaced - so not a complaint). A light didnt work (but not a complaint). Small sink in bathroom. More counter space in BR would be nice but not a complaint. Cyclist lane in front of uphill parking is a little wild though I must say.

Everything was excellent, from checkin to checkout. Close to everything I required. I felt safer staying at Sonders in a large city, very peaceful and private. Room was very well maintained with underground parking.

I loved the nature museum its literally across the street a 3 minute walk. Theres a starbucks, shoppers and a strip. Very close to many places if you want to drive downtown. You can download the app which helps with easy access to entry orher than punching in the code. With the app you can chat and ask for items. Very convenient. Definitely would stay there again

The modern kitchen feature is amazing completely equipped including full sized fridge and stove 1/2 sized dishwasher under the sink , lots of dining , lounging space, if they keep their prices low , we would certainly return as we found it to be a great modern / eco friendly approach to staying at a hotel!! And I don’t work for them or know owners !!!

Love the location of the property but did not like the location of our room this time it was by a very busy street therefore it was noisy.

The only thing missing was a scrub brush or cloth in the kitchen. Everything else we needed was there. So clean and great place to stay

We loved that this property was very central to restaurants, shops and transportation. The room was lovely, filled with all the necessities we needed and was very modern. The only issue was that since the property is along a main road the sound of sirens was a bit of a disturbance during the night.

I liked this Sonder due to gym and lounge. Inside of the unit was clean and the products for kitchen and washroom are functional and evrionment-friendly.

Price is change everyday. Of course you will pay most expensive price during you stay. When you ask something all they say is use the app and water in bathtub is horrible. Shower from sink would be faster and better
