Check-in through expedia was quick and painless, staff spoke both english and french perfectly, parking was sufficient with additional parking on the side of the building when front parking was full, room was very well furnished and comfortable. My only criticism is that the walls are a bit thin and it is quite a distance from most activities including downtown Ottawa and the Casino, but you get more than you pay for with the discounted rate that this location often features.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place was very clean, and everything felt well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service—friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Breakfast was also a highlight with great options and delicious food. I love the waffle! But the staff had to help me how to use the waffle maker lol. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!
