I stayed just one night, but it was conveniently located for driving to downtown Ottawa and Ottawa suburbs. I was very happy with the cleanliness and the staff. There seemed to be a lot of work being done in the parking lot when I arrived, however, that can be seen positively because it may reflect a commitment to springtime property maintenance.

Whenever I visit Ottawa, my choice is Motel Adam. The staff and amenity are excellent. A complimentary breakfast is extra special. I look forward to visit here again.

My fiancée and I are happy customers. In many motels the water pressure isn’t great. Beautiful water pressure here and the staff is upbeat, courteous and friendly. I’ll be back for sure.

Hospitality was very good. Front desk guys helped and assisted with the check in and solve the issue for the deposit. Overall nice property to stay close to downtown. I will recommend if anyone wants to stay near downtown in good price.

We had an amazing experience. I highly recommend anyone to get the superior suite that comes with the jetted tub for additional ambience and relaxation. The staff are friendly, professional and they feed you well with the continental breakfast. Keep up the good work Motel Adam. We will be back!!

The staff is really nice. Our room had carpet, which was a bit dirty. Ask for a newer room, with tile floors. There was some noise late at night from nearby rooms and cars coming and going.
