The hotel was clean with a very good breakfast. However we booked this hotel because it advertised an indoor pool. When we arrived we were told it was out of service. We had booked the room only 1 week earlier. The pool had been closed for over a month. No discount… not even a sorry. We were told they have now put a disclaimer on their website. We booked through Expedia and nothing shows up saying pool closed. Very disappointed.

The only downfall, was we booked this properly because it had a pool. Unfortunately the pool does not contain water, and was unusable.

Breakfast was good and plenty. Parking is plentiful but the spots are a little tight even for sedans. Need more charging stations as these parking spots are even tighter than regular spots. Should have more electrical outlets for use when the 2 chargers are occupied. There should be a sign telling guests to drop off their key cards when checking out instead of waiting for the one staff at the desk to serve them.

Terrible customer service at the front desk. We booked a room with 1 queen 1 sofa bed for 3 adults. After checking in, we discovered there was no bedding or pillows provided for the sofa bed. Called front desk and we were told the hotel ran out of pillows. This hotel charges for EV charging. You could use the wall plug for very slow charging but half of the outlets have no power.

Hello, You initially booked a small suite with a king bed and sofa bed. We upgraded you to an executive suite accomodading four people. Originally, on the king bed, you would find four king bed pillows, which is more than enough. For sanitary reasons, we cannot leave sheets on the sofa bed or any extra pillows in the room. As for the EV charging station, we are not responsable for the time or cost of your charging, since it is a private company and not related to the hotel.

Entrance of room was stinking, foul smell of dirty socks. Same foul smell was there in washroom too. Bodywash bottles pump didn’t work at all. We people were so tired so couldn’t call up reception and bring to their notice. If hotels have multiple rooms, it’s recommended to check before its key is handed over to the guest.

Good day, You will arrive around 7:00 pm. We have staff 24 hours a day at the front desk. We were zero inform that your soap pump was not working. If you had notified the reception, we would have been happy to go up to your room to change it.
