The poperty was clean and had Sufficient breakfast. Our only complaint is we had a handicap room, and the shower leaked onto the whole bathroom floor.

No sleeper, No water, No toothpaste, and also when people walk at the upper level, you can hear them walking. That noise in the middle of the night is not what you want to experience in a hotel!

We would certainly come back if they would improve the breakfast menu, really not great. Also no restaurant or bar as we arrived in the evening and nothing handy for meal or snack

The staff were wonderful because they were friendly and attentive. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The only issue , nobody’s fault , was because our room faced the Queensway the noise from the traffic made it difficult to sleep.

Nice service upon check in and out. Shower pressure wasn’t great and we could hear people running above us so sound proofing could be better. Clean and quiet, otherwise. Nice place and reasonable rate.

Mattress cover had stains, needs to be changed for ALL guest. Black out curtains were great, woke up in the morning and still thought it was dark outside. Bathroom definitely needs a door or the sliding door needs to clothes tighter. Leaves a big gap that you can see in.
