The hotel is not The Ritz, but it is pleasant, clean and comfortable. And, given the price, it is a very good value. We would stay here again. As well, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable, clean place, staff pleasant and nice. Parking outside is perfect. Nice breakfast in am and a check out at 12:00 is great! The price was good for us.

We had an issue with our room, the person at the front desk tried to fix, when they couldn’t they changed our room… so helpful and kind. Lot’s of dinning options within walking distance, and the street was very quiet. Also located in an area that is easy to get into and out of Gatineau.

Room is clean and spacious and has all things needed. Has a round table and many chairs so it is easy to buy take out and eat in the room. Sound proofing in (our) room was surprisingly good. I can hear a room playing loud party music when walking on the hallway but can’t hear a thing in our room. Breakfast was very good! Lots of varieties. There are hot options like sausage, egg, and potatoes. And also fruits! Price was very reasonable. Well worth the money paid!

Surprisingly good deal at this hotel. We were looking for some budget friendly, and knew that we wouldn’t be getting five star but it was very clean and breakfast was good.

Very clean, modern look. Bed was ultra comfortable. Decent continental breakfast. Huge jetted tub in bath with separate shower. Area was safe and quiet, close to Ottawa (5 min drive). We will stay here again.

Room was average. Water pressure was weak and shower head and bathrrom side mirror were falling off. Staff was great. The room wasnt worth what was paid. Will probably not be staying here again.
