"Pool was freezing! The towels provided were hand towels, and we were told that we had to use only one towel per person. The hot tub was warm, at best. The room toilet paper was not refilled when we arrived and we had to literally beg for toilet paper. The pillows were not comfortable, they were too small. Beyond that the staff was mean. They were no help and honestly, with the toilet paper I'd have been better off going up the street and buying my own, the quality would have been better. There was also no smoke detector in our room. This has to be a safety violation of some sort."

"The room was just as pictured. The only issue we had was when we got to the room it smelled so bad!!! It smelled like a sewer, but only in the bathroom. I don’t know if a staff member used it after cleaning it or what, but it smelled awful. The smell finally faded after my husband took a shower in there. Also, don’t recommend eating in the cafeteria there. They give you a box that weights probably 2 pounds to put food in and charge by weight. So I had a scoop of scrambled eggs and 2 slices of bacon and it cost me over $20.00 so definitely eat elsewhere. Other than that the stay was great! Loved the room. Love being on campus! "

"The cabin is in a great location 7 mi either way to Bloomington or Nashville. It is not too remote and easy flat access. The cabin was very clean, plenty of seating and great outdoor space. My 4 sisters and I really enjoyed our stay! "

"Great spot! Conveniently located. Excellent staff makes guests feel welcome. Lots of nice touches like free bottled water upon arrival, mints, fresh-baked cookies, fresh cut fruit at breakfast and a lovely fron porch and lobby perfect for resting after a long day. Our room was clean and comfortable. We loved this inn and will stay there again next time in Bloomington."
