"Rommet vi hadde var stort, men sengene var helt forferdelig å sove på. Madrassene og putene var veldig tynne. "It was a great place to stay. The room was clean and spacious by Japanese standards. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows and the duvet. The location was only a couple of blocks from the train station with shopping and restaurants. Great place to stay! Enjoyed it and would definitely recommend and stay again."

"I enjoyed my stay here. Hotel is right opposite Nagano station, and very close to the shopping and dining district. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. No microwave available to heat your food, but there is a 7/11 close by for that. Bed was comfortable and a nice sized TV mounted at the base to watch shows. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Nagano."
