A cosy and functional studio apartment, ideal for two people and equipped with a PRANA controlled mechanical ventilation system for air treatment. The apartment is in a prime location, outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) but just a short distance from the historic centre and the Colonna Sant’Oronzo, both within a ten-minute walk—making it an ideal starting point for exploring the “White City” of Salento. The beautiful Marina di Ostuni, with its renowned beaches and coves, is just 7 km away!



The 30-square-meter apartment is located on the ground floor of a building with a separate entrance from the street (1 step to enter) and features a PRANA mechanical ventilation system, designed to ensure a healthy environment by expelling stale air and harmful substances and restoring optimal ventilation conditions.



The interior space is divided as follows:

- COOKING AREA equipped with two electric hot plates, a mini-fridge with freezer, a moka pot, a small electric oven, and an electric kettle

- LIVING/SLEEPING AREA with a double sofa bed, a coat rack, and a TV

- BATHROOM with toilet, bidet, and shower stall



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED Wi-Fi, convector heater, fan, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal. The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Ostuni Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



Keys must be picked up between 3:00 p.m.00 to 9:00 p.m. at our office at Corso Mazzini 201 in Ostuni, a 5-minute walk from the apartment.



After 9:00 PM, check-in directly at the apartment is available with the following additional fees:

- 21.00 - 23.00: €25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: €40.00.



The tourist tax of 1.00 euro per night per person will be collected in cash for the first 5 nights, as required by the municipality of Ostuni.

Ostuni, the “White City” of Salento, is located in the province of Brindisi at an elevation of more than 200 metres above sea level, in the Murgia region, and is one of the most renowned towns in Salento.

Ostuni owes its name, “White City,” to the colour of most of the city’s buildings, especially in the historic centre. In the past, due to the plague, the walls of the houses were covered with lime to make them sterile. This is the origin of the characteristic white colour that makes Ostuni unique and unmistakable.



Ostuni’s historic centre, known to its residents as “La Terra,” is characterised by a labyrinth of winding narrow streets, small squares, alleys, little gardens, and views of the Adriatic Sea. The lower part of the town is surrounded by ancient city walls, which feature the only two city gates that remain intact: Porta Nova and Porta San Demetrio.

At the top of the hill stand the Cathedral of Ostuni with its large 24-ray rose window, the Bishop’s Palace, and the old Seminary.



Another place of interest is the Museum of Preclassical Civilisations of the Southern Murgia, which houses the cast of Delia, the “Woman of Ostuni”—a pregnant woman who lived 25,000 years ago and was discovered in a cave near the city in 1991. Among the most interesting artefacts are pottery and decorative objects, flint, and stone tools, dating from the Palaeolithic era through the Metal Ages.



One of Puglia’s major tourist attractions is undoubtedly the Ostuni coastline, home to the beach resorts of Rosa Marina, Monticelli, and Costa Merlata.



Among the many local specialities, must-try dishes include alici arracanate, ‘ncaprata, the mint omelette, brasciole, the potato, rice, and mussel casserole, taralli seasoned with pepper or fennel seeds, and, finally, the signature orecchiette with turnip greens.
